Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Grills or smokers that have been assembled or used
  • Consumable products (charcoal, wood chips, fire starters, etc.)
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
