Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are provided by the carrier — they are estimates, not guarantees.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Large & Oversized Items Some products — including grills and larger accessories — may require freight shipping due to their size and weight. Freight delivery timelines and requirements will be communicated at checkout or via email after your order is placed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [hello@kamadogoods.store]. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Supplier Fulfillment Some products are fulfilled directly by our suppliers. In these cases, items may ship separately and arrive at different times. You'll receive individual tracking information for each shipment.
